You will serve as the bridge between AI capabilities and real business outcomes by leading enablement programs, training initiatives, governance alignment, and community engagement. The mission is to foster an AI-fluent culture that empowers teams to use AI effectively, ethically, and at scale—while aligning with organizational values and operational priorities.

This role partners closely with executive leadership, IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Learning & Development, and operational teams to ensure AI tools are understood, adopted, and delivering measurable impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and execute an enterprise AI enablement roadmap aligned with business goals and varying levels of AI maturity.
    2. Build and manage a colleague-facing AI community through internal communications channels, live workshops, webinars, and learning forums.
    3. Design scalable community frameworks, including the creation of an AI champions network.
    4. Research user needs and adoption patterns, leveraging feedback and data to continuously improve onboarding, training, and engagement.
    5. Design and deliver AI training programs, onboarding sessions, and learning materials tailored to functional audiences (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Operations).
    6. Translate technical AI capabilities into practical, business-focused use cases for non-technical stakeholders.
    7. Act as a liaison between AI product teams, IT, Learning & Development, and business leaders to surface insights and remove adoption barriers.
    8. Create dashboards and performance reports to track AI tool adoption, usage, and business impact.
    9. Support structured change management processes for AI adoption across the enterprise.
    10. Stay current on AI platform enhancements and industry trends; maintain strong relationships with internal and external AI partners.
    11. Support AI governance and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with Responsible and Ethical AI guidelines.
    12. Assist with additional AI enablement initiatives, special projects, and administrative support as needed.

    Required Experience & Qualifications

    1. 5+ years of experience in technology adoption, technical community management, or AI enablement.
    2. Prior experience in technical product management is strongly preferred.
    3. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, etc.
    4. Demonstrated AI literacy, including generative AI and agentic AI concepts.
    5. Advanced prompt-engineering skills and experience maximizing AI platform effectiveness.
    6. Experience creating training materials, SOPs, and enablement documentation for large, complex organizations.
    7. Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and interactive learning programs.
    8. Solid understanding of product lifecycles, agile/scrum methodologies, and change management.
    9. Proven ability to work effectively with both executive-level stakeholders and individual contributors.
    10. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

    Preferred Skills

    1. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.
    2. Comfort moving between technical discussions and business-level conversations.
    3. Public-speaking experience and confidence leading group discussions.
