The PeopleCaddie Referral Network pays financial rewards when referrals join the PeopleCaddie platform and/or apply for specific jobs that lead to qualifying placements. The program is unique, because, in addition to the person who made the final referral, it also rewards those who played a meaningful role but were indirectly responsible for a qualifying placement – ultimately allowing you to earn payouts from the activity of those in your network.
Participants in the program must currently reside in the United States.
Requirements: Invite a friend to join PeopleCaddie platform who registers utilizing your custom invite link and gets hired for a PeopleCaddie job that lasts at least one month (160 hours*).
Requirements: Refer a candidate to a specific job posting within the PeopleCaddie platform who applies utilizing your custom referral link, gets hired, and the job lasts at least one month (160 hours*).
Requirements: Refer a candidate to a specific job posting within the PeopleCaddie platform who registers utilizing your custom referral link and refers someone else who gets hired and the job lasts at least one month (160 hours*). A 2nd-degree referral is when the original referrer is one-step removed from the candidate who was placed. A 3rd-degree referral is when the original referrer is two steps removed. Both 2nd and 3rd-degree referrals are eligible for compensation.
*As detailed below in the Referral Payouts section, referrals that lead to placements shall qualify for compensation after PeopleCaddie has received payment for a minimum of 160 hours.
Registered users can easily invite their friends to join PeopleCaddie. From the PeopleCaddie Contractor Profile page, users can click the Referral Dashboard link in the left navigation panel. Users can then click the “Invite a Friend” button on any of the Referral Dashboard pages to send an invitation to a friend to join PeopleCaddie. The following information will be required to send an invite:
Friend’s first and last name
Friend’s email address
Friend’s phone number
A candidate can be referred to a job that is eligible for referral payout by clicking the “Refer a Candidate” button on the respective listing for that job on the PeopleCaddie job board. The following information will be required to submit a job referral:
Candidate’s first and last name
Candidate's current or previous employer
Candidate's email address
Candidate's phone number
Important Note: Please do not refer candidates from a current or previous employer if doing so would knowingly violate a non-solicitation/non-compete agreement or any other legal obligations/restrictions.
Each referral-eligible job will offer a specified total one-time payout of $500, $750, or $1000, based on the job’s anticipated duration and pay rate.
Rewards will be paid for each successful placement resulting from an eligible candidate referral.
Rewards will be paid to referrers in the following cases (when applicable):

Rewards are subject to change at PeopleCaddie’s discretion.
Rewards are paid in accordance with local taxes and regulations.
The one-time payout(s) for each referral will be paid after the contractor has worked and PeopleCaddie has received payment for 160 hours (~1 month) on the respective PeopleCaddie assignment.
Rewards for qualifying placements are paid in a timely fashion with minimal delays.
If applicable, PeopleCaddie will obtain the necessary tax information and direct deposit details, prior to sending your first payment.
