    ASSOCIATE BRAND MGR | DIRECT HIRE | $95K-$105K+BONUS | CHICAGO, IL (HYBRID)


    Title: Associate Brand Manager

    Client: Mid Market Fast Moving Consumer Products (Division of $20B International Manufacture)

    Compensation: $95,000-$105,000+10% Bonus

    Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 50% onsite) - Close to train


    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing Strategy & Planning

    1. Support the development of annual marketing and sales plans, including volume, revenue, and SKU-level forecasts.
    2. Assist with budget management for advertising, promotions, and research initiatives.

    Portfolio Execution

    1. Conduct market and competitive analyses to help define brand positioning.
    2. Coordinate with design and production agencies to develop and approve packaging and artwork.

    Communications & Media

    1. Support implementation of integrated marketing and media campaigns.
    2. Analyze performance and ROI of digital and traditional media efforts.
    3. Collaborate with internal or external social/eCommerce teams to develop online content and promotions.
    4. Manage brand presence across eCommerce platforms

    Promotions & Activation

    1. Develop and execute consumer promotions, sponsorships, and co-marketing programs.
    2. Partner with Trade Marketing to optimize promotional plans and track results.

    Business Analysis & Reporting

    1. Monitor brand KPIs, sales trends, and consumer metrics; propose action plans as needed.

    Research & Insights

    1. Participate in packaging, flavor, or concept testing; analyze results and develop insights.


    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    2. 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the food, beverage, or CPG industry.
    3. Exp with syndicated data sources (IRI, Circana, or Nielsen).
    4. Exp with social media and eCommerce platforms.
    5. Exp to shopper marketing or digital activation.
    6. Advanced Excel and/or data visualization skills.
