PROGRAM MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER CONTRACTOR | BIG FOUR FIRM | PAY: $65-$70 PER HOUR (W2 ONLY) | DURATION: 5+MONTH | NASHVILLE (HYBRID)

Location: Nashville or Tampa (Hybrid Onsite)

Position: Engagement Manager (Deloitte Application Studios)

Pay: $65-$70 per hour (W2 Only)

Duration: 5+Months

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex, large-scale technology projects. Ideal candidates will have delivery experience in .NET and/or SAP environments and be open to occasional travel as required by project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects, maintaining accountability for outcomes.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, BSAs, and PMO to define and execute on roadmaps and technical strategies.
Direct both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and proactive risk mitigation.
Oversee all phases of SDLC, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven success in delivering complex and scaled projects, ideally within .NET and/or SAP ecosystems.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise delivery standards.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs.
Preferred location: Tampa or Nashville.
