    Senior Analyst (Contract)

    1. Location: Hermitage, TN (Hybrid, 3+ days/week onsite)
    2. Compensation: $50–55/hr W2 + 1.5x OT


    About the Role:

    PeopleCaddie is working with a top-tier professional services firm to fill a Senior Analyst role within their internal enablement group. This full-time, hybrid contract opportunity is based in Hermitage, TN, and offers a unique chance to contribute to the financial operations behind a globally recognized brand.


    You’ll support a team that delivers key financial services related to international assignments, including budgeting, compensation, tax analysis, reporting, and billing. The team is currently modernizing its processes through the implementation of the Equus platform, and your work will directly impact this high-visibility transformation.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as part of the Equus platform rollout
    2. Develop user guides and documentation to support implementation
    3. Run and prepare reports, perform data analysis, and support reconciliations
    4. Assist with monthly close activities, including journal entries and financial reviews


    What We’re Looking For:

    1. SAP experience (3–5 years)
    2. Excel proficiency (intermediate level)
    3. Strong technical writing skills
    4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    5. 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting
    6. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance


    Bonus Points:

    1. Public accounting experience
    2. CPA or CPA candidate


    Work Environment: This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week on-site in the Hermitage, TN, office. Candidates must be local or within commutable distance. Travel and expenses are not covered.
