    SAP HANA ARCHITECT | 3+MONTHS (LIKELY EXTENSION) | PAY: $80-$85 (W2 ONLY) | REMOTE (CENTRAL AND EAST TIME ZONES)


    Client: Big Four Public Accounting Firm

    Location: *REMOTE* (East & Central Time Zones)

    Position: SAP Hana Architect

    Pay: $80-$85 per hour (W2 Only)


    We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Architect with a strong background in SAP HANA, data architecture, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge technical and business teams, drive innovation, and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.


    Required:

    1. 10-12 years in software platform development and architecture.
    2. 5+ years in data warehouse development and advanced analytics.
    3. 3+ years designing SAP HANA models (analytic privileges, calculation views).
    4. 4+ years leading teams of 10-15 members in technical roles.
    5. Expertise in SAP HANA, ETL tools (BODS, SLT, SDI), and MS SQL Server.
    6. Strong data modeling and architecture knowledge.
    7. Experience in architecture strategy, roadmaps, and proof-of-concepts.
    8. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional teams.
    9. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    10. Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM using SAFe methodology.
    11. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

    Preferred:

    1. Experience with HR/Talent data models and SAP SuccessFactors/ECC.
    2. Knowledge of data security, distributed architectures, and hybrid cloud environments.
    3. Familiarity with analytics tools (Crystal Reports, Tableau, Qlik, Analysis for Office).
    4. A well-rounded architect with deep data & analytics expertise, ideally in SAP HANA.
    5. Someone comfortable in high-performance environments with a focus on innovation.
