    FLEX RECRUITER (COMMISSION ONLY) | FILLING CONTRACT/TEMP ROLES | REMOTE | COMMISSION PAID BI-WEEKLY | DURATION 3+MONTHS


    1. LinkedIn Recruiter will be provided
    2. Commission paid as 1099 "Bonus" referral fee per contract start (longer duration projects with better margins have larger payouts)
    3. Payouts range from $500 to $4,000 ($1,000-$2,000 avg) per contract start
    4. Working off hours is fine as long as jobs get filled
    5. No more than 2 Recruiters assigned to each project
    6. Must be able to attend daily 15min 9:00am (CST) virtual morning meeting for update and assignments
    7. Responsibilities: Sourcing, vetting and submitting candidates to Business Development/Account Mgr
    8. Each month's Top Performers get 1st pick of jobs to work

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking experienced recruiters to join our team on a commission-only basis. This flexible role is ideal for self-motivated professionals with expertise in one or more of the following verticals: Information Technology (IT), Accounting & Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources (HR). As a Flex Commission-Only Recruiter, you will leverage our platform and tools, including access to LinkedIn Recruiter, to manage the full recruitment cycle for contract and temporary roles. This is a remote position with performance evaluated against specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and extending offers for contract and temporary positions.
    2. Utilize provided tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage top talent in your specialized vertical.
    3. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for contingent workforce placements.
    4. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress within our AI-enabled staffing platform.
    5. Meet or exceed established KPIs, ensuring timely and successful placements of contract and temporary professionals.

    Qualifications:

    1. Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within IT, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, or HR sectors, specifically for contract and temporary roles.
    2. Strong proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter.
    3. Public Accounting recruiting experience a +
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
    5. Self-disciplined and motivated, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
    6. Ability to meet performance metrics and adapt to evolving recruitment strategies.
