    BUSINESS ANALYST | $70MM HIGH GROWTH COMPANY | DIRECT HIRE $115-$125K (BASE SALARY)| REMOTE (East Coast)

    Position: Business Analyst

    Compensation: $115-$120K


    Position Overview:

    As a Business Analyst at the company you will play a pivotal role in its planning and analysis processes. You will be responsible for consulting with business stakeholders to gather and confirm requirements, analyzing information to develop solutions, and ensuring that business needs are met effectively. Your expertise in SAP (Finance/Inventory) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be critical in optimizing our supply chain and financial operations, driving improved user experiences and operational efficiency.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Requirement Gathering: Consult and liaise with business stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
    2. Analysis and Solution Development: Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions that ensure business requirements are achieved.
    3. Process Mapping: Map current and future business processes to identify areas for improvement.
    4. SAP & WMS Implementation Support: Provide expertise in SAP (Finance/Inventory) and WMS to optimize supply chain and financial workflows.
    5. Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to enhance user experiences and reduce costs and time.
    6. Change Management Support: Provide expert support to stakeholders in managing system and process changes.
    7. Documentation: Produce documented business requirement use cases.
    8. Testing Support: Collaborate with business users to create UAT test cases and success criteria for solutions and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met.
    9. Prioritization Facilitation: Facilitate the prioritization of business requests with users on competing requirements.
    10. Roadmap Participation: Participate in and document long-term business system roadmap discussions.
    11. Vendor Interaction: Interact with third-party vendors and developers where appropriate.

    Qualifications:

    1. Experience: 5+ years of business analyst experience, with at least 2-3 years in project management.
    2. Technical Skills:
    3. SAP Expertise: Strong experience working with SAP (Finance and Inventory modules).
    4. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Proven experience implementing and managing WMS solutions.
    5. Full SDLC Knowledge: Excellent understanding of software development life cycles and best practices.
    6. Salesforce Implementation Experience: Preferred but not required.
    7. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    8. Analytical Skills: High-level problem-solving and analytical abilities, including data modeling and process mapping.
    9. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    10. Organizational Skills: Superior organizational skills with outstanding accuracy and attention to detail; excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
    11. Adaptability: Ability to operate with a flexible approach in a changing environment; committed to developing skills and knowledge.
