    Senior Accountant | Growing Company | $115K

    1. Role: Senior Accountant
    2. Location: Chicago (near O'Hare Airport) – Onsite (potential hybrid after 90 days)
    3. Salary: Up to $115K
    4. Team: Small but mighty – You'll work directly with the Controller and CFO

    This is a rare non-manager role where you’ll have a seat at the table, working closely with leadership and making a real impact without the pressure of direct reports.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    1. Month-End Close – Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations
    2. Cash Flow Reporting – Track and summarize monthly activity using pivot tables
    3. Lease Accounting – Maintain records, journal entries, and reconciliations
    4. Financial Analysis – Dig into departmental spending, margins, and project profitability
    5. ERP & General Ledger Work – Bring your multi-entity expertise to the team
    6. Additional finance & accounting projects – Because no two days are the same


    What We’re Looking For

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
    2. 3+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting
    3. Strong Excel skills – Experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
    4. ERP experience (Sage, Netsuite, and/or multi-entity experience is a plus)
    5. CPA Required – Even if inactive, we love to see that level of dedication
    6. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
