    Contract Desktop Support Analyst | $30-$40/hour


    1. Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 remote)
    2. Pay Rate: $30-$40/hour (Contract)
    3. Start Date: Immediate
    4. Duration: 6 Months


    Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a Contract Desktop Support Analyst to provide top-notch support for end users in a dynamic hybrid work environment.


    What You’ll Do:

    1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (both remote and on-site).
    2. Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and applications.
    3. Document technical procedures and assist in IT process improvements.
    4. Support disaster recovery efforts and hardware procurement recommendations.


    What You Need:

    1. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
    2. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a hybrid work setting.
    3. Willingness to work occasional extended hours as needed.
