    FULL TIME | DIRECT HIRE: Assurance Senior – Growing Mid-Market Firm (Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA)


    1. $90,000-$105,000/year + full benefits, 401k, and performance bonuses
    2. Location: Philadelphia, PA
    3. Start Date: ASAP


    A fast-growing CPA firm with offices in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking 2-3 Assurance Seniors to join their team full-time.


    This hybrid role offers flexibility with 2-3 days in the office and the potential for a sign-on bonus for exceptional candidates.


    Ideal for candidates with construction industry experience (top priority), private equity exposure, or extensive private company audit expertise, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to level up your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead audit engagements for private company clients, with a focus on construction, private equity, or general industries.
    2. Supervise and mentor associates, reviewing work and providing constructive feedback to develop their skills.
    3. Build strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored audit solutions.
    4. Manage deadlines and budgets effectively while achieving charge hour goals.
    5. Collaborate on business development activities and leverage industry knowledge to provide insights.


    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    2. CPA certification or active progress toward certification preferred.
    3. At least 3 years of public accounting experience, ideally from a smaller or regional firm, with a preference for experience in construction or private equity.
    4. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    5. Proficiency with CCH audit tools and technology.
