    Report Processor


    1. Pay: $25-$32/hour
    2. Start Date: 1/13/25
    3. Planned End Date: 6/30/25
    4. Location: Fully Remote (Eastern Timezone Hours)

    Our large public accounting client is seeking report processors for their Report Processing Center of Excellence and will support the audit during the busy business season. The Report Processor will assist in Report processing for all Client documents that come through the center, Delivering audit/EBP/SOC reporting deliverables. Must be fluent in Microsoft products (EXCEL and Word) and Adobe


    The Report Processor is responsible for proofing, editing, and formatting audit and attest reports for various types of clients, and will work with audit teams across the U.S. from a centralized location. Ideal individuals will have strong writing, proofing, and editing skills. Individuals should have a high attention to detail, and the ability to quickly transition from one assignment to the next quickly individual should also have strong skills in MS Word applications, including an understanding of shortcuts, formatting, copy-editing tools, and intermediate Excel editing skills.


    Our Public Accounting Firm client seeks a Report Processor to assist audit teams with producing audit reports across the firm. Key areas of focus include, but may not be limited to:

    1. Formatting audit reports to conform with regulatory and firm standards
    2. Authoring of various sections of the audit report
    3. Reviewing and proofing of audit reports
    4. Participating in a robust quality control process to ensure the accuracy of audit reports

    Responsibilities:

    1. Document Processing
    2. Prepare audit reports, including formatting, data checking, printing, and binding.
    3. Copy edits audit reports for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and tense.
    4. Collaborate with audit teams to produce customizations and unique modifications to audit reports.
    5. Ensure audit documents are high quality, meet consistent standards, and are error-free.

    Requirements:

    1. Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
    2. 2+ years of relevant experience
    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    4. Excellent, proactive customer service skills
    5. Highly attentive to detail and organized
    6. Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
    7. Ability to work in a team and self-directed
    8. Ability to handle confidential information
    9. Ability to anticipate and manage ambiguity and change
    10. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    11. Self-motivated and have the capacity to take on additional responsibilities as needed
