    About the Role

    As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing shipments and building relationships with carriers to meet client needs. Your job will include:

    1. Securing the best carriers for our shipments.
    2. Building and maintaining strong carrier relationships.
    3. Negotiating competitive freight rates based on market trends.
    4. Collaborating with your team to solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.


    What We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking enthusiastic, coachable candidates with a strong work ethic. Industry experience is great but not required—your attitude and eagerness to learn matter most.


    Key Skills and Qualities:

    1. Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
    2. Ability to manage priorities and solve problems under pressure.
    3. Confidence in building relationships and tackling challenges.

    Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

    1. Experience in logistics or transportation.
    2. Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
