    Project Manager


    Location: Hybrid (On-site 3 days a week, Memphis, TN)

    Duration: 9-12 months

    Pay Range: $50 - $65/hour, depending on experience


    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale public health initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while aligning with strategic objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee multiple public health projects from initiation to completion.
    2. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and communication.
    3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    4. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
    5. Report project status to senior management and stakeholders.


    Must-Have Skills:

    1. 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within public health or government.
    2. Strong understanding of public health systems and enterprise-level project management.
    3. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
    4. PMP certification or equivalent experience.


    Education:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Public Health, or related field.
    2. PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
