    Contracts Analyst/ Manager (Grant Invoicing Experience)


    Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour, depending on experience.

    Location: Hybrid (On-site 3 days a week, Memphis, TN)

    Duration: 9-12 months


    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Manager with expertise in grant invoicing to manage and oversee contract agreements, ensuring compliance with grant funding requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with the accounting and legal teams to monitor and process contracts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage contract lifecycle, from negotiation through execution.
    2. Prepare, process, and track grant-related invoices.
    3. Ensure compliance with state and federal grant requirements.
    4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
    5. Conduct contract risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.


    Must-Have Skills:

    1. 5+ years of experience in contract management, specifically handling grants.
    2. Experience in grant invoicing, particularly within public health or nonprofit sectors.
    3. Strong understanding of compliance regulations for federal/state grants.
    4. Proficiency in contract management software.
    5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.


    Education:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
    2. PMP or other project management certifications (preferred).
