    SENIOR REACT DEVELOPER | $70-$80/HR | DURATION: 6+ MONTHS | REMOTE!

    Our client, a leader in the financial services software industry, is seeking several (4+) senior developers for a large transformational project. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned react developer to contribute to the overall team goals and build the next iteration of customer experience for this very well known brand.


    1. Pay: $70-$80/hr, depending on level of experience
    2. Start Date: ASAP
    3. Contract with potential to hire
    4. Location: Remote


    Responsibilities: 

    1. Lead the design and development of web applications using React.js.
    2. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to architect scalable solutions.
    3. Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
    4. Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical leadership.
    5. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize application performance.
    6. Drive best practices in Agile development environments.
    7. Participate in planning and execution of project roadmaps.


    Qualifications:

    1. 5-8 years of experience in web development, with a deep focus on React.js.
    2. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, React Hooks, and Context API.
    3. Strong understanding of component-based architecture and front-end performance optimizations.
    4. Experience integrating frontend and backend systems, particularly with RESTful APIs.
    5. Proven leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    6. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
    7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
    8. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
