    CONTRACT ANALYST | Contract to Hire – Virtual (Remote)


    1. 6 Month Contract to Hire
    2. Start Date: 10/1/2024, or sooner
    3. Compensation: $38-$42/hour
    4. Location: Remote (US)


    We are seeking a Contract Analyst to join our remote team. The Contract Analyst will play a crucial role in negotiating, processing, and managing complex direct sales contracts and license agreements. This includes master services agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), government contracts, and other legal documents.


    The ideal candidate will ensure that contracts are administered in compliance with our internal policies, and they will collaborate closely with sales, legal, finance, and project management teams.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
    2. Administer government contracts and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with regulations.
    3. Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals and amendments.
    4. Partner with Sales to align contract terms with business needs, including pricing, delivery schedules, and operational clauses.
    5. Ensure all contracts adhere to legal requirements and company policies by collaborating with the legal team.
    6. Update and maintain the contract management system and contract logs.
    7. Provide guidance and clarification on contract terms to stakeholders across various departments.
    8. Stay current with contract law trends, negotiation strategies, and compliance changes.


    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
    2. 5+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
    3. Strong understanding of contract negotiation and drafting.
    4. Familiarity with government contracts and legal terminology.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    6. High level of organization and attention to detail.
    7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    8. Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
    9. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Previous experience working in a sales or marketing environment.
    2. Experience with government contracts is a strong plus.
    3. Experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, legal, finance).
