    CONTRACT RECRUITER (PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FOCUS | DURATION 5+MONTHS | PAY $40 PER HOUR + COMMISSION | REMOTE

    Job Title: Contract Recruiter (Public Accounting Emphasis)

    Type of Jobs: Predominately Contract, some Direct hire

    Pay: $40 per hour + Commission (Expected 2 to 3 starts per week during busy season)

    Duration: 5+MONTHS

    Location: Remote


    Responsibilities:

    1. Source, screen, and recruit candidates in External Audit (Assurance), Tax, and Advisory.
    2. Build relationships with candidates and clients.
    3. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
    4. Collaborate with staffing managers and use AI tools for efficient talent matching.

    Requirements:

    1. 3+ years of recruiting in accounting and / or public accounting.
    2. Knowledge of audit, tax, and advisory fields.
    3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
