    PERSONAL BANKER / TELLER | CONTRACT TO HIRE | $20-$23/HOUR + OVERTIME

    1. Location: Columbia, SC
    2. Compensation: $20-$23/hour + Overtime
    3. Hours: Full-time
    4. Contract to Hire

    Our client has an immediate need for a Personal Banker / Teller in their Columbia, SC branch. This role reports to the Branch Manager and pays up to $23/hour + overtime.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of teller/banking experience, including comprehensive training in teller operations, and customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Efficiently handle customer requests, ensuring accuracy in retail banking transactions.
    2. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers, offering additional financial products and services to enhance their financial well-being.
    3. Report to and collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure seamless branch operations.
    4. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment.

    Desired Experience/Qualifications:

    1. Two (2) years of teller/banking experience, with specific training in teller work and customer service.
    2. Proven ability to make logical and practical decisions.
    3. Strong leadership, delegation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
    4. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to integrity and honesty.
