    IT Systems Integration Specialist


    1. Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite preferred)
    2. Industry: Freight & Logistics
    3. Type: Contract to Hire (5 months contract to FTE conversion)


    Compensation:


    1. Mid-level Experience (3-5 years): $40 - 45/hour | $80,000 - $90,000 per year after FTE conversion.
    2. Senior-level Experience (5+ years): $47.50 - $57.50/hour | $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and expertise.


    Job Summary:

    A leading company in the freight and logistics industry is seeking an IT Systems Integration Specialist to manage and support critical data systems, including Snowflake and Matillion. This role focuses on troubleshooting system integrations, managing data pipelines, and providing Tier 1 support to operational systems.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Learn and manage data pipelines in Matillion DPC.
    2. Oversee the company’s Snowflake environment.
    3. Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues.
    4. Provide Tier 1 support for operational systems.
    5. Collaborate with teams to ensure system efficiency.


    Required Skills & Experience:

    1. Experience with Snowflake or similar SQL environments.
    2. Proficiency in Matillion ETL or similar tools.
    3. Experience developing and troubleshooting in Python (preferred).
    4. Knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub and PowerBI (preferred).
