    Personal Banker / Relationship Banker - $30/Hour

    • Location: Onsite, Columbia, SC

    • Type: 6 Month Contract to Full-Time Hire

    Our Client is seeking an experienced Personal Banker to join their growing team in Columbia, SC.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.

    • At least 2 years of experience in the financial services sector (retail, mortgage, investment, private banking).

    • Experience in cash handling and customer service.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.

    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.

    • Knowledge of compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, and USA Patriot Act.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored advice.

    • Provide exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding expectations.

    • Assist with account management, transaction processing, and ensuring data accuracy.

    • Adhere to branch policies and procedures.

    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

    • Support wealth management activities and handle relevant documentation.

    • Utilize a consultative approach to identify and maximize sales opportunities.
