    HR Systems Support Specialist

    Duration: 6 months contract (potential extension)

    Rate: $20 - $25 w2 hourly

    Location: Chicago, IL (REMOTE)

    PURPOSE:

    This position is responsible for providing Tier I support across client's suite of HR systems. The position responsibilities outlined are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

    Manage Saba MyLearning ServiceNow ticket queue; process and resolve all L1 tickets, process, resolve or escalate L2 tickets. Follow Saba MyLearning standards for response times, effectiveness and customer service.

    Assist with documentation or other small projects as directed.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for assisting with the processing of end user support tickets, where possible, and escalating those that can’t be addressed to the appropriate application team.

    • Respond to or take action in a timely and effective manner that ensure an excellent customer-focused experience.

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or GED required. BS/BA preferred.

    • Minimum 1 year functional HR or support experience OR Minimum 1 year prior HRIS/HRMS, database or system administration experience required.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to self-direct work

    • Effectively multi-task and meet deadlines

    • Ability to maintain confidential employee information

    • Exhibit attention to detail

     

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Case tracking system experience preferred.
