    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY | $28-$33/HOUR (W2) + 1.5X OVERTIME

    A large real estate and management company in the Raleigh area is seeking an Executive Assistant Contractor for a 16 week assignment.

    • Pay: $28-$33/HOUR (W2) + 1.5X OVERTIME. Depending on Experience

    • Start Date: 10/9/2023, or sooner

    • Contract Length: 16 weeks

    • Location: On-Site - North Hills area of Raleigh, NC

    Job Details: The Executive Assistant works directly with the Portfolio Management team and supports the EVP, Investment Management on a full-time basis. The Executive Assistant also acts as the Office Manager of the Raleigh Regional Office and oversees associated duties.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Planning and arranging travel

    • Planning, coordinating and maintaining calendar needs

    • Completing expense reports

    • Edits, binds, and prints investor presentations

    • Arrange meals / client dinners

    • Assist in scheduling investor meetings

    • Primary contact for special projects related to Investment Management team

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years administrative experience reporting to senior management

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools like Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

    • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

    • BA degree or equivalent preferred
