    Project Manager – Non-Profit / ERP Implementations / Finance Transformations | Immediate Need | Up to $80/hour

    • Pay: $65-80/hour (Available to W2 and 1099 Contractors)

    • Start Date: ASAP

    • Contract Length: 6 Months 

    • Location: Remote, some travel may be required

    Our high-growth Accounting Advisory client is seeking a Project Manager with Non-Profit and business / finance transformation experience for a 6-month project.

    This is immediate need that supports a team of client employees and external consultants tasked with implementing a new ERP (Sylogist) and upgrading a poorly functioning AP department.

    Ideal Candidates: 5+ years Project Management / ERP Implementations / Non-Profit Experience / Previous Consulting/Contracting Experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide project management support for the ongoing ERP implementation (Sylogist / Serenic Navigator).

    • Prepare and track all formal project correspondence to and from the customer.

    • Identify potential risk areas and guide customer in risk management and mitigation for entire implementation plan.

    • Oversee the investigation, review and resolution of client-escalated issues as required.

    • Follow established change control procedures to manage overall project scope.

    • Facilitate regular project team meetings including meetings with internal team members and client representatives.

    Requirements

    • Strong project management skills (5+ years’ experience) having overseen past ERP implementations.

    • Previous consulting/contracting experience is highly preferred.

    • Understanding of core F&A processes

    • Non-profit experience is ideal

    • PMP certification is highly preferred, but not required.
