    Senior Accountant Needed in Cleveland ASAP | Full-Time | $80,000/year

    As a Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

    1. Month-End Close: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
    2. General Ledger Accounting: Maintain and update financial records.
    3. AP/AR Oversight: Support and streamline accounts payable and receivable processes.
    4. Reconciliations: Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations.
    5. Process Improvement: Contribute to optimizing financial workflows and systems.
    6. Banking Compliance: Prepare financial reports and maintain compliance with banking requirements.
    7. Team Liaison: As your role develops, act as a bridge between the Controller and the offshore accounting team.


    Experience:

    1. 2+ years in a public accounting firm OR
    2. 3-5 years in an operational accounting role.
    3. High-performing Staff Accountants ready for the next step are encouraged to apply!


    Technical Skills:

    1. ERP system experience is required (experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks is a plus).


    Soft Skills:

    1. Eager to learn and highly coachable.
    2. Strong ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
    3. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
